To do this, select clinics and medical facilities around the province are offering mobile screening for bone mineral density.

To schedule an appointment with one of our bone health specialists, use our online booking system to reserve your appointment and find a scanning clinic near you. Have questions before you book? Bone Health BC will happily answer your questions and find a convenient time for your visit.

Scan:
REMS (Radiofrequency Echographic Multi-Spectrometry) technology combines ultrasound and radiofrequency to measure the quantity and quality of bones. BoneHealth BC uses the Echolight REMS ultrasound technology platform to assess bone health and safely improve clinical and functional bone-related outcomes.

Report:
BoneHealth BC provides your report through JaneApp’s secure, confidential transfer portal or via email. Our reports can then be reviewed with your primary care provider, who will develop a bone-health-centered plan. BoneHealth BC cares about your health, so we work hard to develop and maintain a continuity of care model. This model allows patients, with or without a primary care provider, to access virtual medical care and establish personalized care plans.
