The Integrative Biohacking Program takes a comprehensive approach to the world of biohacking.
We offer two extensive and individualized tiers within the program:

First Visit
What does your first visit look like?
Your first visit is the opportunity for you to share your health goals, and for your Naturopathic Doctor to gather vital health information that will help them to determine the root cause of your health concerns, and the best treatment plan for you.
One
Complete Medical & Lifestyle History
Your Doctor will take a complete history, gathering details regarding your current and past health concerns, lifestyle, as well as current supplements and medications.
Two
Testing
Your Doctor will review the testing components of the program with you. Non-fasting blood work will be completed following your first visit; additional tests will be coordinated with your second visit.
Your Doctor may also request records and test results from your Medical Doctor.
Three
Physical Exam
Within your first visit, your Doctor may also perform a physical exam. This may include basic vitals, Applied Kinesiology, or inspection and palpation of specific areas of concern.
Four
Outline of Program
If your Doctor believes you are a good candidate for the Integrative BIohacking Program, they will provide you with a basic outline of what the program will entail.
Additionally, following your first visit, our Patient Care Coordinators will work with you to coordinate further visits and testing, as needed.

Do I need to see a Naturopathic Doctor for the Integrative Biohacking Program?
Yes, a consultation with Dr. Alex Chan, ND, is required to begin the Integrative Biohacking Program. An initial consultation and multiple subsequent visits with Dr. Alex Chan are included within the program.

What is included in the Integrative Biohacking Program?
The Plunge tier includes:
- Diagnostic testing (detailed blood work, Organic Acids Test (OAT), and DUTCH Advanced Hormone Testing)
- Five in-person visits with Dr. Alex Chan, ND, that will include analysis of test results, as well as individualized supplement, medication, and lifestyle recommendations
The Elite tier includes all components of the Plunge tier, as well as:
- Three email/phone follow-up interactions with Dr. Alex Chan, ND
- An initial consult and two follow-up visits with our Registered Holistic Nutritionist
- dnaPower genetic testing and interpretation
- Three intravenous therapy sessions in the Integrative Lab

The cost of the Integrative Biohacking Program will vary depending on which tier Dr. Alex Chan recommends - Plunge or Elite. Our Patient Care Coordinators can provide information regarding pricing of each tier.

Is the cost of the Integrative Biohacking Program covered by Extended Healthcare Plans?
Consultations with Dr. Alex Chan, ND, within the Integrative Biohacking Program will be booked as naturopathic visits. Most Extended Healthcare plans have coverage that can be applied to naturopathic visits; however, most plans have a limit to their coverage per year.
Additionally, certain plans have a specific dollar amount designated for diagnostic testing that may cover a portion of the tests within the Integrative Biohacking Program. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly prior to your visit to determine your coverage.

Is the cost of the Integrative Biohacking Program covered by MSP?
Consultations with Dr. Alex Chan, ND, within the Integrative Biohacking Program will be booked as naturopathic visits. If you qualify for Premium Assistance through MSP, you may qualify for a small percentage of your visit cost to be covered by MSP. However, all other costs associated with the program are not covered by MSP.

Do I need to complete testing prior to the Integrative Biohacking Program?
Dr. Alex Chan, ND, will request historical records and test results from your MD, if applicable. You are also encouraged to bring in recent test results if you have completed any advanced diagnostics with private healthcare practitioners, such as salivary or urine hormone panels, genetic testing, infectious panels, or imaging. Additionally, the Integrative Biohacking Program includes extensive testing.
