An Inside Look at EBOO

How Does EBOO Work?

EBOO (Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation) employs a closed-loop system to treat blood, drawing a small sample from a vein and passing it through a filter where it is oxygenated and ozonated before being reintroduced into the bloodstream. Approximately 2.0 liters of blood are circulated during each treatment session, which lasts around 45-60 minutes. During the process, patients can observe the separation of toxins from the blood.

Similar to 10-pass ozone therapy, which involves the repeated extraction, ozonation, and reinfusion of blood in smaller quantities, EBOO provides oxygenation and ozonation but on a larger scale in a single session. The primary differences lie in the volume of blood treated and the method of administration. While 10-pass therapy treats smaller blood volumes in multiple cycles, EBOO continuously processes a larger amount in one go.

The number of EBOO treatment sessions and the ozone dosage administered will depend on your overall health, age, and the primary condition you are being treated for. Baseline and follow-up laboratory testing enable us to monitor your progress with data, ensuring that you respond appropriately to the treatment.
