It was pure serendipity that brought me to Naturopathic Medicine. While flipping through a career manual in high school, I came across this incredible profession - and something instantly clicked. After earning my BSc in Biology at the University of Alberta (2001), I followed my heart into Naturopathic training completing these inspiring years at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster (2006).

Helping people find clarity and confidence in their health is truly my passion. I love guiding others to understand what’s really happening in their bodies - especially when they’ve felt unheard or uncertain. Having personally experienced chronic viral illness and autoimmunity I deeply relate to the challenges of fatigue and sensitivity. Naturopathic medicine offers such a beautiful holistic way to support these experiences, and I feel grateful every day to share that with others.

Now, as I move through a new phase of hormonal change, I am experiencing the therapies I recommend to my patients. It’s been fascinating to learn unique ways to support women with hormone therapy. I love helping others feel the same sense of connection and insight.
