Our nutritional programming provides an integrative approach to nutrition, addressing the food you eat, as well as how it is prepared, timing, and the mindset you bring to each meal.
Each person is unique; our Holistic Nutritionist, Rhiannon, will work alongside you, as well as your Naturopathic Doctor, if applicable, to cater the program to meet your specific needs.
To fully support you, we have multiple package options within the Integrative Nutrition Program:
Initial Nutrition Package
This program is ideal for those who want, or need, to change up their lifestyle or diet, but need support along the way. Program length varies to support your needs and your individualized diet protocol.
Includes:
- Initial visit
- 2 or 5 follow-up appointments
Extended Nutrition Package
This program keeps you accountable, rewarding you for your commitment with a reduction in the cost of each appointment.
Includes:
- 3, 5, 8 or 12 appointments to support long-term changes
- Can be purchased following an initial visit
Your treatment plan may include:
- Dietary Tracking
- Specific Meal Plan or Protocol

Weight Management Package
This program is for those wanting additional support on their weight loss journey. We utilize natural supplementation and injections to aid in weight loss, as well as weekly check-in appointments to navigate lifestyle changes.

- Biomeridian Food Sensitivity Testing
- Initial Consultation

What does your first visit look like?
Your first visit is the opportunity for you to share your health goals, and for your Holistic Nutritionist to gather information about your lifestyle and nutrition habits that will help them to develop your individual dietary plan.

Complete Medical & Lifestyle History
If you are a new patient to Integrative, your Holistic Nutritionist will take a complete history, gathering details regarding your current and past health concerns, lifestyle, as well as current supplements and medications. If you are a returning patient, your Holistic Nutritionist will have reviewed your chart, and will ask further questions regarding your current diet and lifestyle.

Testing
If needed, your Holistic Nutritionist may recommend tests further, either at Integrative or with your medical doctor.
Three

Metrics
Within your first visit, your Holistic Nutritionist may measure specific metrics such as height, weight, body fat percentage, and lean body mass.
Four

Outline of the Program
Your Holistic Nutritionist will review a basic outline of the program they are recommending within your initial visit. Further details, including recipes, meal planning, or nutritional tips will be provided via email.

No, currently MSP does not provide any coverage for these appointments, or for any tests or supplements recommended by your Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN).

What is included within the Integrative Nutrition Program?
The Integrative Nutrition Program includes a number of visits with your Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN); together with your RHN, you will determine how many visits to commit to. Your RHN will recommend dietary and lifestyle modifications. Additionally, they may provide one-on-one coaching, meal planning, guidance with grocery shopping, and supplementation recommendations.

Depending on your Extended Health plan, you may have coverage for visits with an RHN. Certain plans cover visits with a Registered Dietician; this is title separate and distinct from Registered Holistic Nutritionists. We recommend reviewing your Extended Health plan prior to your visit to determine coverage.

No, you can book an appointment with our Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) without a referral.

For this reason, many conditions may benefit from the Integrative Nutrition Program, including, but not limited to: body composition goals; chronic pain; hormone imbalances; blood sugar imbalances, including diabetes; cancer and chemotherapy support; impaired digestion and absorption; athletic performance and recovery; neurodegenerative conditions; and mood imbalances.

Yes; if you are a new patient, you can book directly with our Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) to begin the Integrative Nutrition Program.

No, you can book an appointment with an RHN without a referral.

Can a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) requisition testing (serum, saliva, stool)?
No, an RHN cannot requisition testing; however, they can recommend testing, and can coordinate with your ND to requisition testing at the Integrative Lab or via Life Labs.
