In Their Words

My interest in holistic health sparked while I was in university. I was experiencing symptoms of hormonal imbalances, and exploring various diets to see what might help. Slowly, but surely, I spent all my time that I should have been studying looking at nutrition articles. A few years, and a few other career paths later, I was led back to nutrition.

I love how something as simple as food can make such a big impact on how we feel in our daily lives. Even more, I love how much new information is coming out today about the role of nutrition in our health. However, I know that all of this information can get confusing; my goal is to help cut through the noise and find what works best for each individual person – because we are all very different!

When I’m not at the clinic, I’m likely taking my dog for a walk, stopping by a cute coffee shop, hitting up a farmers market, or eating delicious food with friends.
