About Keyrsten McEwan

Keyrsten is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist at Integrative and is passionate about making nutrition fun by bringing clients back to basics with fresh, local, REAL food.

Keyrsten graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) in Vancouver, B.C. in 2009. With almost a decade of clinical experience at Integrative Naturopathic Medical Centre she’s developed a breadth of traditional and innovative skills in a professional and ground-breaking setting.

As a popular senior instructor at the Vancouver branch of CSNN she now teaches several courses, including Nutritional Symptomatology, Alternative/Comparative Diets, and Preventative Nutrition.

A former dancer and avid runner, Keyrsten prides herself on her healthy relationship with good food – and excellent wine (hey – everyone’s human, right?) – and on her involvement in local communities across the lower mainland, where she often facilitates both public and corporate workshops on various nutrition and wellness focused topics.

She is available for personalized one-on-one and couples’ consultations , as well as menu planning. She also runs the Naturopathic-driven Integrative Weight Management Program and facilitates many educational and interactive nutrition evenings throughout the year.

I found nutrition almost a decade ago when the health issues I was struggling with resolved when I changed my diet and lifestyle. It has since become my passion to help people use nutrition to feel their best, healthiest selves at any age. I don’t just want my clients to feel good, I want them to feel amazing and reach optimal health – endless energy, a healthy weight, balanced hormones, good sleep and lots of delicious tasting, REAL food! I believe that nutrition is completely individual and will work with you to find a nutrition plan that feels just right. I also believe that balance is key and encourage “real life” programs that allow you to enjoy all of the good things life has to offer.

I am proud to say that I practice what I preach and strive to live a life that promotes MY best, healthiest self. When I’m not making menu plans and meeting with clients, you might find me out for a long run (my meditation), enjoying a glass of local wine (yes, wine!), experimenting in my kitchen, trying my hand at gardening or hanging with family and friends.
