Mornings can be hectic which is why a good ol’ shake is a great option for a grab and go breakfast. This lemon avocado shake is one of Keyrsten’s favorite shakes to make and is loaded with greens and healthy fats to keep you full longer.

Makes 1 serving

· ¼ small ripe avocado
· 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
· 1 cups roughly chopped greens (baby kale, chard, etc.)
· 1 green apple, cored
· 1 scoop protein powder
· 1 cup unsweetened coconut or rice milk
